- We ship both domestically and internationally via UPS or US Postal Service, depending on the items and destination. Orders may be shipped to a different address than the billing address. After you enter your billing address during checkout, you'll have the option to enter a new shipping address (different than billing address). Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding major holidays), pending payment authorization and verification. Catalina Yachts Store ships to all 50 states and internationally using United States Postal Service Flat Rate. PLEASE NOTE: Custom items are made-to-order and can take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Catalina Yachts Store will accept an exchange or return of your order within 30 days from the date you receive the shipment. Please include original tags (still attached), the original receipt and a written explanation of return with your return or exchange. All exchanges are dependent on existing stock. The returned item(s) must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging to receive a refund. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items.
We are unable refund any shipping or handling charges and all returns may be subject to a 5% restocking fee. All returns and exchanges should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package to the following address:

- All orders shipped within the state of California taxed at the current rate for the shipment's origin (Chatsworth, CA). As of this writing (04/11) the published tax rate is 9.75%.
